Turn Ajax On/Off in Grid Components

Description

Bulk operation to enable or disable Ajax in all Grid Components. This operation should only be used to upgrade Grid Components built using Alpha Five Version 9 or older.

Discussion

In order to use most features in Alpha Anywhere, you must enable Ajax in every Grid component created in Alpha Anywhere Version 9 or older. To enable Ajax in a Grid component, you must check the 'Ajax Enabled' checkbox in the Grid component's properties.

The Turn Ajax On/Off in Grid Components bulk operation will enable (or disable) Ajax in every Grid Component in your project.

How to Enable Ajax in Grid Components using the Turn Ajax On/Off in Grid Components Bulk Operation

1. Open the Web Projects Control Panel and select Bulk Operations > Turn Ajax On/Off in Grid Components... from the Edit menu:

   

2. Select Turn Ajax On and click OK to perform the bulk operation.
